Lucas' Bay

Lucas' Beach is the last beach on the French side before you enter the Dutch side, just around the bend from Shell island. There is no parking so you have to park on the side of the road. This beach is popular for amateur divers, and is at the top of our list for the best snorkelling on the island. The beach is rarely visited due to Atlantic swells and East winds.  But, we had a great morning, snorkelling and beach combing. I love exploring and finding little beach treasures.
