Galisbay Beach

Galisbay Beach is not the nicest beach on the island by far and is often populated by locals. It is located on the northern section of Marigot bay. The beach reminded me a little of the beach in Statia. It was quite rocky and the waves looked a bit strong to go swimming, but we did enjoy walking along the shore. It is also common to see locals fishing here. There is a shipwreck found not far off the beach that was sunk in Hurricane Lenny in 1999.
