Luckily for modern technology we were able to Skype with some of our family. We spent the evening eating left overs and playing games with the Tidmarshs'. We had a very merry island Christmas and I feel so incredibly blessed to have these memories with my family.

Christmas 2013
Krysten woke up first and was so excited... it was close to 6 am and we had a late night. So Eli was still passed out. But making a 5 year old wait on Christmas morning is like holding the best looking toy or candy in front of a toddler and saying sorry you can't have it, so we woke Eli and Monty up after about 15 minutes. The kids had a great morning opening their gifts, we kept it small seeing as we will have to pack it up or sell it in seven months when we leave. We had our traditional breakfast of hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, and orange juice. The kids played most of the day with their new toys, but we couldn't let Christmas in the Caribbean go by without heading to the beach. So off to Kim Sha beach we went.
